Walmart Doubling?
I was scoping out a forum that I frequent for us crazy couponers and there was a post from a reliable source that spoke with store management in WV (west virginia) that their store is doing a pilot program for doubling .99 coupons!
This could be awesome news for the rest of the country if this pilot goes well!
Now, this is totally word of mouth so I can't confirm but here is a list of the stores currently participating in the pilot program:
Madison, Ohio
Charleston, West Virginia
Utah County, Utah ( 7 Walmarts are doubling)
Huntington, West Virginia
Wayne, West Virginia
Findlay, Ohio
